Spin Wheel does not spin or is silent

Check in order

Is the widget switched on? On Widgets → Spin Wheel the row must have On air on; a row switched off is marked Off and its source in OBS stays empty.
Is any lot switched on? A widget with no lots switched on does not spin at all. In the settings, Lots says so under the list. With each reel on its own list, a reel with nothing switched on stays empty but the others still spin.
Has the scene gone live? It spins once, a few seconds after its scene goes on air, and then holds the result. In studio mode the preview does not count: it waits for the transition. To spin again, hide the source and show it again. The guide "Spin Wheel", section "When it spins".
Did it spin before you went live? When OBS starts, a source shown in the studio mode preview, a projector or the multiview counts as live and may spin there. It spins again when the scene really goes live.
Is the delay long? Delay after going live in Spin is how long it waits. Set it to 0 to start at once.
No sound? No sound plays until one is picked in Sounds. The sound plays inside the browser source, so Control audio via OBS has to stay checked on that source in OBS, and the source must not be muted in the OBS mixer. Check Volume too.
Old lots or old look in OBS? Settings saved while it spins or holds a result apply the next time the source is shown. After the add-on updates, refresh the source in OBS: it keeps the previous version until then.
OBS on a second PC? Access from your local network has to be on, and the link has to come from Copy link. The article "Overlay is blank" names the message the source shows when the link is refused.
