Viewers" Block

I know of an example from another app for chat and chat commands. The main chat window and next to it a small "Viewers" block - it shows the participants who join the stream (even if they don't write). Of course, it's convenient for small streamers, not very useful for big ones. It's more *interesting* to see who's joining.
