What this is

Two halves of one thing. If someone gave you a code, entering it adds bonus credits to your account. If you talk about strAImer to an audience, we can give you a code of your own, and the people who use it earn you credits.

All of it lives in the browser, at straimer.com/app. The app has no partner screen — the way there from the app is Settings → strAImer Account and the Plans and balance button, which appears once you are signed in and opens the same cabinet in your browser.

Entering someone else's code

Two ways, and they give exactly the same thing:

1. Open their link. It looks like straimer.com/r/THEIRCODE. A strip at the top of the page confirms the code was saved; your browser keeps it for 30 days and applies it by itself when you sign in on the site, in that same browser. A sign-in started from the app does not carry the code: it opens Twitch or Google directly, past the page that holds it. Then the second way below finishes the job.
2. Type it in. Open straimer.com/app, the Plan and credits tab, the Referral code card. Enter the code and press Apply. If you arrived through a link, the code is already in the field.

What it gives you: 300 credits the moment the code is accepted, and 1,500 more the first time you subscribe to a paid plan. The second half is not instant — the server looks at subscriptions every fifteen minutes, so it lands within a quarter of an hour of the payment.

Both are permanent credits: they go to the Permanent row of the balance and never expire, unlike the monthly quota. To see that they arrived, open Credit history in the same tab — the lines read "Referral code bonus" and "Bonus for your first subscription".

Three rules: one code per account and forever, only before that account's first payment, and never your own code.

Your own code

Codes are handed out by us — there is no button that issues one to yourself. Write to us (Help & Feedback → Contact in the app, or the Help tab in the cabinet), tell us where you talk about the product, and we will answer.

Once you have a code, a Partner tab appears in the cabinet. On it: your link, a Copy button, the code itself and four numbers.

What it earns. Two things. 200 credits the first time someone who used your code signs in to strAImer from the app — once per person, whether or not they ever pay. And for every person who applies your code and subscribes to a paid plan, you get credits equal to 20% of that plan's monthly credit allowance. The first reward comes right after they pay, and one more at the start of every month they stay subscribed — up to twelve per person. Credits land on your balance by themselves, there is nothing to request, and what you earn never expires.

The amount follows the plan the person is on at the time: move to a bigger one, and later months are bigger. A pause does not use the twelve up — months nobody paid for are not counted.

The 200 credits are on top of those twelve, not one of them. Nothing is paid for a click alone, or for a code typed on the site and never used — the person has to reach the app.

The four numbers:

• Link visits — clicks on your link.
• Codes entered — how many people applied it.
• Subscribed right now — how many of them are on a paid plan at this moment.
• Credits earned — everything the code has brought you, for all time.

Say that it is a partner link wherever you share it — a video, a post, a stream, a description. Most platforms require that, and so do we.

The code puts you on no plan by itself: what you spend is what it earns you. If we ever switch a code off, the Partner tab says so plainly — it stops working and stops earning, while the credits you have already earned stay on your balance.

What it cannot do

Credits are not money. They pay for AI features inside strAImer — everything that runs on your own computer needs none of them — and they cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, sold, or exchanged back into money. There is no cash payout, and we issue no documents and withhold nothing for credits.

There is no way to issue a code to yourself, and a code cannot be renamed once issued — it is meant to be said out loud in a video that will live for years.

There is no code field in the app itself: entering a code, like everything else that touches money, happens in the browser cabinet.

You never see who used your code. The Partner tab shows counts and nothing else: the people who entered it agreed to get credits, not to have their subscription shown to somebody.
